Note there are different registration deadlines.

• Community League Pre-K – 2^nd grade registration deadline: Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025.
• Community League 3^rd – 6^th grade registration deadline: Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025.
• Competitive League 3^rd – 6^th registration deadline: Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025.
• Cheerleading Pre K – 6^th grade registration deadline: Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025.

If you have questions about the league or trouble with the online registration, please come to an in-person registration at the Mylan Park Event Center.

Three Ways to Register!

1. Download the registration form, mail the registration form to the address provided and include the appropriate registration fee.
2. Attend one of the in-person registrations at the Mylan Park Event Center:
   • Wednesday, October 8th 5:00 — 6:00 pm
   • Saturday, October 18th 11:30 — 12:30 pm (Last day for Pre-K – 2nd grade)
   • Sunday, November 16th 1:00 pm to 12:30 pm
